A special that follows three days in the life of Los Angeles Airport through the experiences of the people who work there.

In part one, a Customer Services Manager at American Airlines is the subject as she carries out her work.

Part two follows three paramedics as they work through a 24 hour shift dealing with an old man who has fainted on an incoming flight and a woman who has seizures during a flight.

Part three takes place two days before Christmas -- the busiest travel day of the year at LAX.
